  Hello friends, what's up??? Today, Gomati preprared gavran thali ie jowar rice bhakri and malai methi mutter. Gomati purchased frozen green peas from shop and then, prepared malai methi mutter which is her favourite dish. Gomati likes jowar rice bhakri(rotti) very much. So, she prepared jowar rice bhakri. Jowar rice bhakri and malai methi mutter is very yummy. It is very simple but, unique combination of  jowar rice bhakri and malai methi mutter.

 Gomati's one of the favourite dish is Aloo tikki served with yummy, tomato sauce.

 Hi friends, What's up???                Gomati, forgot to boil the milk which she had purchased yesterday, from the milk dairy. So, today, when she woke up she found that, milk is already in the stage of curdling. So, she decided to prepare, paneer from the milk, which has already started curdling process...... Then, Gomati, prepared paneer using the milk by sweezing 4 tablespoons of lemons in the milk and in very less time the 'paneer' was prepared. Then, Gomati remembered that, Gomati had purchased dosa batter from the shop, then using that dosa batter Gomati, prepared Dosa.                Then, Gomati decided to prepare, her favourite dish, Paneer bhurji using the paneer which she had prepared before some time. Paneer bhurji is tasting very delicious.              Then, Gomati served dosa with paneer bhurji to God. Gomati, offered Dosa served with paneer bhurji (Naivedyam) to God.  Hi friends...... What's up?  Today, I was desperate to eat something chat based food.... So, I searched for ingredients which were available in my kitchen.  I found curd, potatoes, 🍅 tomato, onion, chat masala and coriander.... By using those ingredients, I prepared tasty and healthy dahi aloo mutter chat and for garnishing I used, zero number shev and garlic shev.
